Please be aware of our LATE & CANCELLATION POLICIES. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and marked as a no-show & you may be invoiced a no-show fee as well. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. After 2 No Shows, we will require a deposit prior to booking all future appointments, & you will be invoiced a no-show fee. All no-show fees/invoices are to be paid directly to your lash/brow tech. We currently accept CASH for all service payments. We do have an ATM located inside the salon for your convenience. If you need to use a different payment method, please call the salon or your lash tech prior to your appointment to discuss alternatives. If you wish to use a credit card or Venmo, you may be charged that service fee.
